Adamastor, a non-profit cultural association established in 2005, operates from Viseu, Portugal, aiming to facilitate youth exchanges on a community and international level. Their mission involves promoting education, technical expertise, cultural development, and integrating individuals into the job market. With a team comprising both dynamic young members and experienced individuals, Adamastor recognizes the global job market’s challenges and focuses on enhancing personal and professional qualifications. Over nearly two decades, they’ve engaged in mobility programs, aiming to contribute to a unified Europe and foster the personal and professional growth of young people. They believe in the transformative power of youth and encourage meaningful experiences that often present as challenges to overcome. Referencing historical navigational challenges, they emphasize the value of facing and conquering difficulties for notable achievements. Adamastor invites new generations to embrace this spirit, guiding them toward personal and professional development through various training tools, especially emphasizing opportunities like professional experiences, exchanges, and volunteering abroad via European programs. Their invitation encourages individuals to seek guidance in shaping their futures together.

The National Research Council (Cnr) is the largest public research institution in Italy, the only one under the Research Ministry performing multidisciplinary activities.

Founded as legal person on 18 November 1923, Cnr’s mission is to perform research in its own Institutes, to promote innovation and competitiveness of the national industrial system, to promote the internationalization of the national research system, to provide technologies and solutions to emerging public and private needs, to advice Government and other public bodies, and to contribute to the qualification of human resources.

In the Cnr’s research world, the main resource is the available knowledge which means people, with their skills, commitment and ideas. This capital comprises more than 8.000 employees, of whom more than half are researchers and technologists. Some 4.000 young researchers are engaged in postgraduate studies and research training at Cnr within the organization’s top-priority areas of interest. A significant contribution also comes from research associates: researchers, from Universities or private firms, who take part in Cnr’s research activities.

Nicea Culture and Education Association, established in Iznik/Bursa, is an organization of citizens of all ages living in the region in education (formal and non-formal), arts (theatre, painting, music, literature, cinema and graphic design), research (academic and social) and It aims to enable students to gain new experiences and take on more active social roles by carrying out project management activities at local, national and international levels. Our association carries out activities and projects aimed at informing people, especially on issues such as human rights, active citizenship, environment, sustainable development and entrepreneurship, with its members and volunteers, mostly teachers, who have a wide range of professions and education. NICEA aims to develop projects with national and international partners from a broad perspective, especially for young people, children and adults in rural areas, to increase civil participation and to support development and development in the region. It is the only non-governmental organization that carries out events and Erasmus+ projects especially for young people and women in the Iznik locality.

Established in 2018 by proactive university students and youth in Vâlcea, AUA association is committed to addressing the pressing climate crisis. With 56 passionate members, our group aims to raise awareness, especially among young individuals, about environmental protection and nature preservation. We’re dedicated to examining the causes of climate change, advocating for policies to combat global warming, and fostering a lifestyle in harmony with nature. Our platform supports various activities and projects related to climate change, engages in policy creation, collaborates with NGOs and youth groups, and encourages participation in environmental initiatives. We emphasize the crucial role of local awareness in global advocacy, promote equality and sustainability, and strive for a just life rooted in environmental consciousness. Our focus remains on grassroots movements, eradicating poverty, and building a critical mass of global citizens dedicated to coexisting harmoniously with nature. We emphasize the significance of local action and volunteer-based awareness initiatives to drive societal change.
